Tourism in Pakistan Essay in English

Essay on Tourism

It is God's command to walk around on this earth.

Traveling on earth is called tourism and tourism is undoubtedly entertainment as well as a source of great education. When a man leaves home, his knowledge increases in various ways. He meets a variety of people. He appreciates the value of things and places and expands his vision.

The Holy Prophet Muhammad (may God bless him and grant him peace) said,

"Get knowledge even if you have to go to China."

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not say this because rivers of knowledge and wisdom were flowing in China at that time. And those who were thirsty for knowledge from scholars used to come there to quench their thirst for knowledge.

Rather, the meaning of the Prophet’s statement was that China was thousands of miles away from Arabia and it was very impossible to travel to China. In this journey, after covering a wide sea distance, there were also difficult mountains, deserted forests, rugged deserts, rivers and streams, and the hardships of harsh weather were also to be endured.

During the time of the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, it was unthinkable for two people to travel alone. Rather, people traveled in caravans from one country to another, and it was inevitable that difficulties would arise during the journey, which should be avoided.

It was similar to bringing a lion, so the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings of God be upon him) is in the background that the usefulness of travel and tourism and the acquisition of knowledge and art should become in the minds of the Arabs without taking into account the difficulties of the road.

If a person dares, he can go wherever he wants. Allah’s land is vast. There are five great oceans and seven continents in the world and Allah Almighty has given the instinct of travel and tourism to more or less every person, although some people find it impossible to leave their homes, but some people cannot stop their passion for the sea.

They prepare their travel equipment and leave their homes to travel from city to city and country to country. Some people do sightseeing and tourism in a big way, some leave their homes to make a trip, while some tourists reach the far corners of the world with the passion to learn and teach something from the world.

They are not only interested in traveling to every region of the world, but they also study the culture, society and economy of the place and write travelogs in the light of their observations and experiences. In this regard, the names of Al-Biruni, Ibn Battuta, Marco Polo, Columbus, Vasco da Gama and Nasiruddin Shah Qajar are prominent among the ancient travel writers.

The people who took the journey with pleasure and enthusiasm were definitely delighted with victory and victory. Today is the age of science and technology. Tourism is very easy in this era. Some countries have even made tourism a regular industry and made tourism easy and attractive, where people go in droves.

Among these countries, Britain, France, Germany, Switzerland, China, America, Australia, China, Japan, India, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Greece, Syria and Malaysia are more important. Nature has blessed the land of Pakistan with great blessings. It has an eight-hundred-kilometer long coastline of warm waters, teeming with marine life, and seven of the world’s eleven highest and snow-capped peaks, including K 2, Nanga Parbat and Raka Poshi are in Pakistan.

There are healthy places and such lush green and flower-covered valleys that if you look at a scene, you don’t want to get up from there. Pakistan has such sweet and juicy fruits that are not produced in any other country in the world.

Apart from this, there are historical places of great importance, but it is a pity that tourism in Pakistan has not yet been given the status of an industry. Although it is the dire need of the hour and substantial foreign exchange can also be earned from this industry.
